Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from GLAM N' GEMS, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below.

UPDATES TO THIS RETURN POLICY
We may update this refund policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
 
RETURN PERIOD
GLAM N' GEMS creations may be returned for a refund within 14 days following delivery. All returns are subject to the further terms and conditions set forth below. Returns that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected.
 
CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
GLAM N' GEMS products must be returned in a new and unused condition, as well as with the original box and delivery package. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. All eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
 
WHAT ARE RESTOCKING FEES? 
Restocking fees are fees charged when an item returned to the seller or canceled by a customer while is already in the process of preparation. In this case, the customer will only get back a percentage of the initial purchase price. This policy is common in retail for higher-end items like jewelry and made-to-order items. Because our jewelry is custom made and cannot be sold to another customer, cancellation or return is subject to a 5% restocking fee. We always try to compromise for the benefit of the customer as far as we can, therefore, cancellation or order amendment within 8 hours of placing the order does not subject to a 5% restocking fee. As well, no fee will be subjected if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered.
 
RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center at the purchaser's expense in a new and unused condition, as well as with the original box and delivery package. To secure proof of your return, we recommend that you save the receipt from the courier and consider using a trackable shipping service. Only merchandise received by GLAM N' GEMS will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receiving a return, we will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Except for delivery of a defective product, initial shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer. To return your purchased product, please contact our Customer Service to request a return shipping address.
 
EXCHANGES
Customized and modified pieces are considered final sale and can not be exchanged. Customers may be permitted to exchange a product purchased within 14 days following delivery ONLY if one of the following conditions is met:

  • Item's type, color or dimension is significantly different from descriptions;
  • The engraved text is incorrect as a result of our typographic error;
  • Your item was damaged during delivery;
  • You received a wrong item.

A defective product must comply with the Refund Policy and can be exchanged with the same product only. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. In order to open an exchange request, please contact our Customer Service.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
We allow cancellation of an order. However, the cancellation must be done within 8 hours since your order has been confirmed, as your product has already begun processing. Please note that our jewelry is custom-made and cannot be reused for another customer, therefore cancellation made after 8 hours is subject to a 5% restocking fee. In order to open a cancellation request, please contact our Customer Service.
